A quick overview of some of the things we do.
GROUPS: These can be booked as individual days or as multi activity breaks, some activities are location specific! But we are more than used to putting together programmes by location or activity!
INDIVIDUALS: You can go for 1:1 tuition to make the most of your time, just get in touch.
From time to time, we organise and run week-long and weekend guided bike trails trips across in the UK.
We can also organise skills courses to suit participants. Select any course to suit your needs, from beginner to personal mechanics on the trail. We can help you set up your new bike or take you down-hilling at night for that extra frisson!
Rock Climbing can be everything for everyone, from the simple to the sublime. We can deliver some fantastic locations to give climbers situations that they may not find in the usual locations. All in all, let us help you experience climbing as it's meant to be done; it's an incredibly satisfying activity when done properly!
This activity does what it says on the tin, you walk in a gorge!! But also, we are able to throw a few extra challenges like abseiling, jumping into plunge pools. Some gorges we descend and some we ascend, it just depends on the location you have requested!
It is very similar to Gorge walking, but in the sea! Swimming, climbing, and jumping of rocks into water. Protected by your wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet and instructor, you'll feel invincible!
There are not many caves in Shropshire, but we do have access to one or two. We will normally use caving for a spare activity if it is just to wet to get on the rock. That said, we do have a great combined day in Shropshire for both climb and cave.
Mountaineering sounds like it can be a bit ‘full on’ but it really covers a multitude of environments. We have worked in a variety of locations that cover low level hill or moorland walking to steep high mountain scrambling.
If you feel like you would like to push yourself to try something you’ve always heard about, brushing up or learning basic mountain skills like safety and navigation, we have the knowledge to help you out.

Over the last few years "Winter" has been a hugely varied offering and as such those that provide it as a course hope for the best conditions, but prepare for the worst!
As a rule of thumb we run this course in Scotland, this gives us the best chance of the best conditions for the course, but we do have other options.
It is possible to access this course in a number of ways, you can book into our 'off the shelf' course on the courses page, or if you have a couple of friends that are as keen as you, just get in touch with us and we'll meet up with you in a location of your choosing to give the coaching and guidance relevant to you and your group!
We can provide as with everything else, ‘bare bones’ trips or ‘everything thought of’ trips. You can see some examples of trips we have done by looking through the ‘facebook pages’
